Do you get it from real life?

Stories, yes. The act? No. Too self-insert. It's all pretty much imagination.

Do you let Mr. Ninapolitan read it?

Mine listened to my crackfic Eduardo's Lessons of the Sexing on ific. He basically laughed and shook his head through the whole thing. He reads my original writing but not fic.

Were you shy about it the first time?

No, but to be fair. I'm not a nervous or shy person at all about anything so yeah. The answer is no ;) Shit you guys are serious with these questions. lol.

For me it's personal...like pouring out your guts for everyone to see. Is it like that for you or is it the same as writing other scenes?

It definitely pours out, I've heard of people outlining lemons and shit. And that's great if it works for them but it wouldn't work for me. It plays like a movie in my dirty gutter brain ;)

Do you do research? If so, is it in film or RL?

I'm a fan of the old school cock and pussy. I think that tagline was in my high school yearbook too under my picture. Christ. In my first story I was hell bent on making it all comedy so the most crackerific words were used. Love tunnels and meatstick. Yeah. I'm an ass.

I suppose I've been inspired by personal experience, but if as far as ever having sex in a La Perla or wanting my panties ripped, then I'd have to answer with a big NO.

I'm STILL shy about it. I don't think the things I write surprise anyone more than me.

Oh boy, smut is a big soapbox for me.

If you're going to have a sex scene, do it right- have it pre-read, read again and beta'ed. Make sure it's needed and right for the characters, the story and the writer. Does it make sense? Would your characters actually say the things you've written? Is what they're doing even possible?

I use a lot of "he moved over her" or "felt him pressed against me" sort of stuff.
